About Josh

Josh is the owner of Shine Right Detailing. From a teenage detailer at Bayside Toyota, to an active member of the community and business owner, Josh never stops working towards his goals. He’s a professional firefighter for Prince George’s Fire Department and has a special place in his heart for a quality Hazy IPA. You can learn more about Josh on the “How We Got Here” page.

About Nick

Nick is Shine Right Detailing’s Operations Manager. He is who answers our client’s calls, emails, and texts. Nick loves interacting with our clients, building relationships, and has a passion for detailing. In his free time, Nick is an avid golfer and snowboarder. He graduated from Towson University in 2019 and is a Certified Personal Trainer. While Nick has many talents and skills, he brings individualized attention to every client and detail.

About Kristen

Kristen is Shine Right Detailing’s Team Leader. She has been a member of the Shine Right Detailing team since 2015 and has grown immensely as a professional and industry expert. Kristen is an IDA Certified Detailer and carries the title with pride. She wants to pave the way for other women who are interested in learning the detailing industry and hopes to bring more women into her profession. When she’s not in line at Chick-Fil-A, she enjoys trips to TJ-Maxx, playing Forza with her friends, and hunting.

About Richard

Richard is one of Shine Right’s fastest growing detailers. He treats each vehicle like it’s his own and has a special eye that makes him perfect for this profession. Richard enjoys getting to know people and is one of those individuals that people gravitate to. He brings unmatched skill, personalization, and care to every job. If you ever want to make him smile, ask him about his beautiful daughter and offer him a black coffee.

About Justin

Justin is the heart and comedy of Shine Right Detailing. He is an extremely hard worker and is dedicated to exceeding our client’s expectations. Justin always has a smile on his face and won’t stop working until there’s a matching one on our client’s face. While he gets a little too excited over free food and coffee, he is an invaluable member of the Shine Right Team.
